[HSF] RV failure management strategies

That is something more practical for me though I wonder why I have never 
done it despite knowing about it (there is a graphic picture of it in 
both Taylors text book on CPB and in Glenn)!!
Mind block !!
I did not know that your case was the first successful report.Thanks for
