I thought I had sent a reply -
I have seen such a patient but he had Marfans.
PA aneurysms can be easily plicated and we have done both MPA and LPA
aneurysms. You can also choose to place a pulmonary homograft though
that may be an overkill if the PA pressures are low.
Please rule out a connective tissue disorder.
His aortic root problem will require a root replacement if the root is
dilated or an AVR as the circumstances dictate.
