How many pulmonary segments are draining to the RA ? if it is less than
8-10' I would not think that his RV failure is due to that. If his PVR
is 12 Wood Units, I do not think his chest X Ray would be
"unremarkable". In fact diversion if that high and for a single lobe
would be pretty painful, higher chances of anastomotic problems and
would not help. Something is not right - here.

He has RV failure with Class iii-iv symptoms. His pumonary resistance is 12 Woods units and his PA and RV systolic pressures are in the 80's and do not respond to dilatory agents. His PA are large and his chest xray mostly unremarkable.
