[HSF] Redo OPCAB

Just coming from a meeting in Damascus where we were "lectured" on a new
procedure fro redo-opcab  -Shennib procedure- ... it is called "Sequential
subxiphoid and thoracotomy incisions with Graft pull through for redo-off
pump CABG"  
27-29 cases were presented. 
the technique is essentially a targeted aimed one, at specific loci of
specific vessels to revascularize ... if I have understood it the right way.
My question is for the honourable members of the forum about their thoughts,
experience and comments on this procedure.
