So what ??? ... do you suggest that we don't discuss it just because it is a
rare occurrence ??? .... and if it is ... should not one seek advice from
those who have met and experienced the problem ??? .....
I'm sure you have not seen such a problem in your practice .... same as I'm
sure that I have not seen many of the problems in your practice ..... might
be rare .... still very annoying, troublesome and "recalcitrant" ..... !!
What is the forum for if not to exchange experience and different views
about rare problems especially "recalcitrant" ones ????
My first mentor in UK used to say ... "if you claim you don't see problems
... you're either a liar .... or you need to practice ...."
