- 1) interesting news. ... filling a missed piece of a lost chain ....
Now I understand why "Chilli with Honey" ..... for Diabetics .... !!
still ... what about other side effects of chilli ??

- 2) an Interesting advice .... I'm starting to believe in !!!

P.S. 
grounded chilli pepper is very irritant to the nose .... Sudanese Chilli is
very well known to be "smelled" and very irritating over a distance. I still
remember some Sudanese colleagues at medical School eating Chilli peppers
with their hands ... same as lettuce leaves ..!! where all other colleagues
were standing 5 feet away covering their noses ...! !!
