Hal: 
your experience echoes mine ... have only seen during training such a
Bentall de Bono case, bleeding to death, even after wrapping the graft with
original aortic wall .....  patient died and one was just watching ...
nothing could be done .....
Haemashield was a magnificent invention making such cases a piece of cake ..
