[HSF] Pleural effusion following peritoneal dialysis

No, she did no have a catamenial pneumothorax. However, I forgot to mention
that she is on steroids for sarcoid. It is currently down to 7.5 mg a day. I
guess, that reduces the chance of lung sticking up the chest wall.
