AW: [HSF] Pulmonary Artery Catheters !-Swann Ganz catheters

Last week, my anesthesiologist was manipulating the Swan Ganz catheter 
after CPB (refloating it as it was not giving a proper trace) when I saw 
the cathetter coming out through my RA suture line !! Luckily it 
happened with the chest open !! i ws pretty stunned and unfortunately 
did not photograph it.
