I haven't much to add. however, to my mind this particular case is for a
prompt action rather for opinions. I'd suggest contacting Mark de Laval at
Harley street clinic -should be still there- or Martin Elliott at the GOS.

of the Art ... yet I can only speak for whom I've worked with. Nothing can
be judged without haemodynamic studies and having the full anatomical and
physiological diagnosis clear. will send you a private email.
