all of your patients ??? ... when it rains ... !!
valvular patients ???
we have seen many of these cases ... several years ago .... almost all due
to Giant LA secondary to tight MS ..... some cases of organic TR with huge
dilated RA presented with a similar CXR ... essentially biatrial enlargement
... ....
incidentally .... hence my question to Prasanna about his preferred
technique in L atriorrhaphy
