Dear Chand,
  Thanks for referring me to the MSNIBC link.  That report is  exactly what I 
have been telling my referrals for the last few months.  I  have no doubts 
that the legal fallout is going to be tremendous.  If  fallacious data on 
silicone breast implants could bankrupt Dow Chemical 15 years  ago, think what a 
real threat, DES, could do to Boston Scientific and J &  J.  As to what this 
means to cardiac surgery, I hope and believe that the  cards will be less likely 
to stent stable 3VD for the time being.  This  should translate into a 
stabilization or increase in CABG.  Time will  tell.
