[HSF] LA Size, correlation with valve disease

I have a case now, young female, 24 y/o ... waiting for operation, left
atrial size is 66 mm. Rheumatic Mitral regurgitation - free regurgitation
4/4, Aortic Regurgitation 2-3/4 .... tricuspid regurgitation 3/4 ..... you
can imagine the condition of that atrium were the AV not regurgitant .....
and vice versa .... 
incidentally .... she is still in SR .... !!!
