Claudia where are you ?
She had made some comments about Aprotinin use in the CCM list. I think 
she can enlighten us on the precise and logical use of Aprotinin from a 
hematological viewpoint rather than the blunderbuss usage which seems to 
be the hallmark of cardiac surgery :-) .
