Yes , I agree definitely.
What I was trying to point out is that in this madness for suing things
are not seen in the logical and proper perspective. What will they do
with the data from Cleveland clinic stating the 7% risk associated with
every transfusion ? Ban transfusions or sue surgeons who have transfused
patients ? If that comes in the newspapers we can have people suing in
the US - did you have a problems during surgery ? where you transfused -
if so there is a good chance of winning a law suit - contact 1234GRUNT
!! I am waiting for a law suit like that !!
Unfortunately this "sue" bug is being exported world wide from the US.
We are also seeing this happen here in India too though not as great a
problem still as in the US.
