[HSF] Absorbable Annuloplasty Ring

I am worried about totally absorbable rings. I do hemi De Vega's or hemi 
pericardial strips with an intervening loose throw and these children 
are doing well on achieving a Teenage growth spurt.I think this may be 
OK for really small children were a totally correctable non recurrent 
problem like a cleft may be involved. Even in them a Wooler type of 
annuloplasty may be sufficient.
