Dear Homayoun
Do you sandwich the anastomosis between 2 strips of untreated pericardium
??? ....... or you mean you use only one strip ???? ... in such case ....
you insert it on the ventricular?? or autograft side ?

haven't any such loose runner got frail after pulling it up ??? .... do you
do the second runner after tying the first one ?? .... how do you fix the
loose first runner after pulling it up ?? ... pulling it to the end and
tie it ??
