I agree it is a very tricky technique .... can spare lives in desperate
critical situations ..... still I agree with John that one can avoid such
critical situations should he be aware of the possibility of their
occurrence ...... 
Thank you John for your kind elaboration ..... a new technique "?? John
Flege Technique ???" for critical armamentarium. .... Hal .... I share your
hope ..
