Pas de tout .... I would not be offended .... I take it as a sincere
reaction of a professional jealous surgeon on the best to be performed in
practice .... for the sake of the patient... which we all seek ....... I'm
sure we all agree with Nand about that ........
Provided the discussion would end with the ultimate goal of exchanging
experience and concepts .... I'd expect the discussion to ultimately end in
a cup of tea "coffee with nuts in USA" with some cinnamon crisps "or at
least a promise" .... ! ...
I certainly would not mean to offend any one ... nor be offended by a
heartly sincere honest response that I have seeked .... after all it is a
professional discussion and I'm seeking the best advise and concept ....
would expect such reaction from a sincere mentor ..... !!!
