[HSF] Current Requirements for the ABTS

Ed,
I think that is an interesting observation - all of those people who  
went to Colorado because of Starzl and none went into Liver  
Transplant.  Why?  Is that not what is happening now with CT?  People  
are seeing what it is like and saying "no"?
