Engraved Rosewood ... with Bony inlay... a touch of luxury ... don't know
what the relation between that and complex mitral valve reconstruction in a
rheumatic valve ... !!!! ..... 
Incidentally ....  have only seen comparable handicrafted Mahogany and Oak
wood  ..... though very tough ... high density  ..... reminds me in my inner
thoughts with Aortic Arch replacement .... !!!!! .... 
Tea .... any comments / explanation ????
