[HSF] New rule?

Great Idea ... totally concur .... can be "pasted" in the body of the
message ..... it would be like a JOURNAL meeting ....... avoiding copyright
problems ...... even a few lines irrelevant can be escaped copying if
necessary ......... will greatly enhance discussions and participation
......... CCM-L forum are doing that
