[HSF] An emergency case I did half an hour before: left main disection-members oppinion

Roberto,
If the LM wasn't stenosed I would have done vein to lad ( or nothing  
at all) and if it was , an extra vein to Cx.
I think your lima is doomed unless the stent  closes fairly soon.
