[HSF] Trip to Croatia

A Foley catheter placed trough the  purse string on the ascending aorta,
over the guidewire ( borrowed from RSPV vent  line) and  under TEE
guidance  did well . We were able to stop the heart  w. cardioplegia 
delivered trough the separate  line ( although it could have been 
delivered trough the "urinary" portion of the catheter. However ,
sometimes  during the procedure , the baloon  ruptured , thus requiring
intermittent  application of  low and higher flows ( at 22 degrees C) ,
but it could have happened with  Endobaloon too. Indigenization in
medicine!!( that was the title of one of Prasanna's lectures here)
