[HSF] Difficult pericardiectomy

I am curious - in what way does the Harmonic scalpel ease dissection in 
these cases apart from decreasing the risk of fibrillation with a 
conventional cautery (though I do tend to use scissors more  often than 
cautery  during a pericardiectomy)
