[HSF] Targeted Renal Therapy

Could any one of the forum member send me the protocol for TRT. Hal used
some time ago and informed us and now Ani. I am looking forward to use it on
the right patient. Thank you for your help

Ani,
  Don't worry, you're not alone.  I'm still in the ice age as  well.  
However, I do use warm continuous retrograde blood and an unclamped  mammary
pedicle 
during the terminal phases of the clamp.  This includes  closing the left 
atrium, aortotomy, and the proximals.
  TRT has worked well with me so far, having done only 4 cases.   However,
no 
dialysis needed in any of the patients.
