[HSF] Death on waiting list

Maybe that I why we spend more on health care than any other country in the
world.
The question is the distorting of all of the statistics that people quote -
are all of these waiting lists, complications, and deaths included - or is
it like how the US count the unemployment rate - simply not counting those
people no longer looking for jobs or help?
