If you were British you would say - I would put on my bicycle clips
-(For those who did not understand bicycle clips were metal thingies
that we used to wear as children while riding bicycles to prevent the
trousers getting stuck in the spokes and were placed tightly around the
ankles. I think you would get the rest of the process in relation to
sphincteric tone.
