[HSF] anorexia,nausea after cardiac surgery

Nausea - managed with Metoclorpramide and Ondansetron.. Checdk for 
excessive opiate and antibiotic usage if appetite is lost. Tell the 
patient to treat even food a a drug if he doesn't "feel hungry". Within 
reasonable limits let him eat what he likes.
