[HSF] Acute dissection - what now?

John,
  Maybe acute dissections do often survive more than a few days.   I've seen 
a few chronic Type I's myself.  However, have you ever heard of  anyone doing 
a CABG first and then repairing the dissection later?  I'm  certainly not 
saying Dave is handling this incorrectly (the patient was in the  middle of an 
acute MI with severe RV dysfunction), but I've never seen such a  problem managed 
in this way.
