[HSF] Acute dissection - what now?

Ani,
  I think you're glossing over a key element of David's case.   The patient 
was in the midst of an MI with severe RV  dysfunction/infarction.  To simply do 
an RCA bypass bought him and the  patient time.  In the absence of the MI, 
I'm sure Dave would have repaired  the dissection as per usual.
