[HSF] Acute dissection - what now?

Nor John do they reply "I tried the X method for 12 cases and in my  hands I 
had 3/12 poor results so I tried method Y for 10 cases and thought the  
results were better. To be certain I randomised my next 20 cases and sure  enough 
method Y was better. SInce then I have been using method Y but last year  seeing 
what A has been doing and recognising that his method makes things easier  
have modified my technique and am watching the results carefully to be sure  
there are no surprises. 
I have often quoted Clagett what said to Memories on HSF are short so I  
shall repeat myself):  "While you are with me do it my way. If you are  still 
doing it my way in 10 years time I shall be very disappointed in  you".
