Dear Forum members,

i have got a female patient (43 years) with subclavian-vertabral steal syndrome. Left subclavian artery was 98% proximal stenosis on angiogram. On her history, there had been Takayashu arteritis. she had anginal pains. Coronary angiograms show left circumflex coronary artery-subclavian collaterals.
Your comments for terapeutic approach?
Thank you very much for your cooperations.
