I agree with the consensus or its lack... your description (and theory) of the problem does not match with your findings of investigation of the problem. You need to better clarify.

Subject: [HSF] Haemolysis after valve repair
Two months ago: Quadrangular resection of P2, and
rigid Edwards ring via mini thoracotomy - completely
intact after discharge home.
After 1 month has a harsh ejection systolic murmer,
and echo shows a small central jet.
Now presents with severe hemolysis, Hb topped up to
11, now it is 8.6 after a week. Macroscopic hematuria.
Echo cannot show any paravalvar leak, again only
central jet. I suspect it is somewhere along P2 suture
line near annulus, for first time for long time put
pledjet stitch on annulus side of resection.
Any tips or comments for next procedure?
