[HSF] Heparin infusion post op

Nand,
I had a case of MVR in sinus rhythm which experienced TIA on day 0.Before that case I relied on the changes made by CPB on coagulation system but after that case I started giving heparin (either as  1 cc iv qid or infusion )several hours after the chest drains have been dried.
