[HSF] 3V CAD + AnLV + AAA

Having seen an abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture three days after aortic 
valve replacement, I would not want to have a patient start his 
post-cardiac-operative course with a 9cm AAA that has recently expanded. If he is suitable for 
endovascular grafting and that is available, it should be considered seriously 
before his cardiac operation. Otherwise, taking care of both problems at the 
same sitting would seem to me to be the best course. Technically, taking care 
of the AAA with the sternum split and the patient on CPB is relatively easy.
