[HSF] Ahh, the Holiday Transfer. Would anyone do anything different?

Roger Mee gave a talk on this very subject at the Asian Association 
Meeting in Bali (immediately preceding the World Climate Conference). 
It is far more than just a few surgeons, but a state of mind starting 
at the top.

Applicable to adults surgery as well.
