[HSF] Subxiphoid talk: Dinner at STS

Forum members:

Hal Roberts has been kind enough to organize an ad-hoc get together  
of HSF members over dinner
during the upcoming STS.   So far, there are about 20 who have  
expressed an interest in attending
this dinner.

FYI.....I have volunteered to give a talk on my subxiphoid CABG  
technique at this dinner.   If luck is
with me, I should be able to get a nice slide show ready by then, and  
present the surgical anatomy, rationale,
technique and results.

Ajit Damle will also be speaking, so we should have fun and learn a  
few things at the same time.
