[HSF] Fibroelastoma of aortic valve (asymptomatic 84 yo?)

Prasanna was right as usual. The mass was dime size (about 1x2 cm). The photo is slightly out of focus as the small clumps that you see were all minifronds. It was on the inside of the edge of the noncoronary cusp. A tiny cut with the conorary scissors released it. There was some thickening left  and on the adjacent cusp, presumbly due to the repetitive trauma. Will it be back in less than another 84 years, Prasanna?
