[HSF] Fibroelastoma of aortic valve (asymptomatic 84 yo?)

There was no clot. The fronds were best seen with loops as they were tiny. Not surprising that echo could not show them clearly.

One moral of the story seems to be that the fronds may not be seen on the
echo due to covering clot.
