Dear Prasanna,>

Grafts and their flows can be compared to electrical circuits with current and resistances .Once one of the distals is occluded the total resistance of the system will increase leading to decreased flow and theoreticaly increased risk of occlusion of the other branches. This is very simplistic way of studing the coronary flow and grafts. In reality the situation must be much more compicated than this , but any way the order of occlusion of the side branches in a sequential graft shouldn't be important in the final patency of the system as a whole.
