Ani,
  Alright, get ready to get up on the cross!  Not being a good  OPCAB surgeon 
unless you intend to treat 100% of your patients with it is like a  man with 
a hammer where everything looks like a nail.  The main example  where OPCAB is 
a problem is the case with small, bad targets.  Yesterday,  Theophilo was 
relating his unfortunate experience with OPCAB  endarterectomy.  Need I say more?
