Prasanna,
  You're right.  I can't think of a single referral who is taller  than me, 
so I do spend a bit of time bowing and scraping!  Hopefully, that  crap will 
change for us with the availability of 64 slice scanning.  I  think this will 
put the patients upstream to the interventional cardiologist and  make objective 
thinking easier, instead of deciding on the cath lab table.
