Dear Hal,
Not trying to avoid my share of "cross fixing" (Can't stand Mel Gibson) but
the point in my last message was that in early experience (learning curve) I
wasn't aware of hyper coagulation in OPCAB. We all learned that off pump
means more platelet and more risk with scared tissue like endarterectomies -
after this I believe all OPCABers are using Antiplatelet drugs early after
anastomosys (also less protamine and hiperhidratation). For the 100% pursue
it's probably the goal of any serious OPCABer - let's hear Don.
