Don,
  Don't put words in my mouth!  Let me have the pleasure of  saying it 
directly!  Seriously, I hold no more delusions of grandeur than  the next 
experienced heart surgeon.  I do believe that people that hold  extreme positions (100% 
of my cases are OPCAB, mitral repair without an  annuloplasty is fine, etc) 
are probably doing it more for shock value than for  any constructive purpose.  
That's OK, just recognize it.
