Percutaneous valve technology is likely to be a reality in selected cases. I
believe Edwards Company is planning to introduce it in Australasia in near
future. We had a breakfast session in our recent conference. I think,
instead of criticising the cardiologists, the surgeons need to be involved
in the procedure right from the beginning, so that we are not left out.
