The ASC aorta did not look that large, nor does the arch. I would electively replace the ascending aorta. If it had been and I thought that you  said stable at 4.3 cm I would ask the patient his preference of waiting for a change (5-10%) or risk of surgery (5-10%?)

Aortic.  Just to be clear, the proximal ascending aorta and root are  
now 7 cm.
