[HSF] type a dissection

Dear Don,
We gave continous antegrade blood cardioplegia through 4 routes untill the 
last 10 or so minutes of the X clamp.Given through the L coronary ostium 
blood was coming  out of the   ostia of the vein grafts to LAD-D1 and 
OM1.Would retrograde cardioplegia make any difference?I don't know.Any 
further comments from hal,Prassana,mark and specially Dr.Martin.
