We don't have any facility to monitor cerebral activity or cerebral O2% so 
instead of direction cannulation of the R axillary artery a Goretex graft is 
interposed in between.In the last 3 cases we prepared a subcutaneaous tunnel 
for the graft and the arterial cannulae and purse string the openning of the 
tunnel.This way we prevent huge amount of blood loss from this site and 
cumbersome bleeding.
