[HSF] acute aortic regurg. inHD patient

Dear members,
Finally we operated the patient with enterococcal 
inf.endocarditis.AVR+mitral annuloplast + Tric.Devega.Left yugular vein 
catheter! in the LV(I got the picture and will try to  send it to the 
forum).Patient in ICU undergoing CVVHDF
